A Firth of Tay occurs as firth in Scotland between the regions of Fife and City of Dundee into to which Scotland's largest flow of any stream inside terms of flow, a River Tay empties.

Both bridges span a firth, a Tay Road Bridge and the Tay Rail Bridge.
